Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Apley Castle, Telford, on September 17, 2016, aged 81 years.

David will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, September 26, at 1.15pm.

Flowers welcome.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Apley Castle, Telford, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
