Passed away peacefully on May 24, 2016, aged 98 years.

Connie will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Wem on Tuesday, June 14 at 2pm, followed by Interment at Wem Cemetery, Love Lane.

Family flowers only please.
