Passed away suddenly, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on May 4, 2016, aged 64 years.
Much loved by all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 11am, Wednesday, June 1, at Telford Crematorium,
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations will be divided between Dogs Trust and The Cats Protection League.
