Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on January 20, 2016.
A devoted Wife and Mom.
Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, February 10, at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers by request please but if desired donations, which will be divided between The Brooke and The League Against Cruel Sports would be appreciated.
