Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, October 2, 2011, aged 70 years.

Will be sadly missed by her Family and many Friends.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Yvonne's life on Monday, October 17, at All Saints Church, Broseley, at 2.00pm, followed by Interment at Broseley Parish Cemetery.

Family flowers by request, donations in lieu of flowers for All Saints Church Broseley, would be appreciated.
