Died at home under the care of The 'Hospice at Home' on September 1, 2011, aged 84 years, much loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Friend and Confidante.

Funeral Service at Christchurch, Rhydycroesau, on Thursday, September 15, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Marie Curie Nurses and Macmillan Nurses.
