Passed away in the presence of his Family at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 5, 2010, aged 68 years.

He will be dearly missed by Kath, Lesley, David and Gemma and all his Familyand Friends.

Funeral Service, at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, September 22 at 10am, followed by Committal.

No flowers by request please but donations for The Salvation Army would be much appreciated.
