Suzanne Tom, Harriet, Ben, Rhian, Geraint, Gwen and both the Worthington and Hudson Families wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone for the many cards, kindness and sympathy shown to them in their sad loss of Suzanne.

For turning out on the day of the Funeral, and for the donations to the I.T.U at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
