(Dave) Mrs. Heather Evans, Christine and Nick, Jeanette and Martin and the Family of the late Mr. Dave Evans wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for your attendance at his Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between The Midlands Air Ambulance and Highley First Responders. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Doctor Alsop and to the Staff at Cleobury Mortimer Medical Practice for all your efforts on his behalf, to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for your care of and kindness to him throughout his stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to him in the closing hours of his life, to Blooms Florist's of Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral coffin tribute, to everyone who shared their memories of Dave with us for inclusion in his Funeral Service, to all at Highley Working Men's Club for your warm hospitality afterwards, to Doreen and Carol Askey for the excellent post-Funeral reception catering and to The Rector, The Revd. Mike Harris and Organist Mr. Stephen Lomas for leading us in a most comforting Service.
