(Soph) Aged 29 years. Sophie passed away on February 28, 2019, at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, in the presence of her loving Family. Loving Fiancee of Adam, cherished Daughter of Sue and Garry, treasured Sister of Jessica, very precious Granddaughter of Geoff, Jean and May and much loved Niece of Martin, Roy and Anne. Sophie will be greatly missed by all her loving Family, many Friends and Work Colleagues. Funeral Service will be held at St. Giles Church, Wenlock Road, Shrewsbury, on Monday, March 18, 2019, at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please.
