Died peacefully at Southmead Hospital, Bristol, on Monday, August 1, 2016,

Loving Wife of the late George Leslie Evans.

Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Jan and Peter, Pauline and Peter and adored Nanny of Tom, Ollie and George.

Funeral Service at All Saints Parish Church, Trefonen, on Thursday, August 18, at 2pm, followed by Cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham.

No flowers by request but donations please to Christian Aid.
