Mrs. Christine Mellings, Alan, Robin, Jo and the Family of the late Mr. Derrick Mellings wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and members ofthe wider farming community for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations which are being received for and will be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The Parish Church of St. John the Baptist, Ditton Priors. Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to his Doctors, to the Staff at Brown Clee Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at the Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for your care and kindness to Derrick throughout his illness, to all who contributed to the Ceremony for your very personal contributions to the Service, to Ebenezers Florists for the beautiful floral tributes, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity and care, to all at The Boyne Arms at Burwarton for your hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Revd. Jennifer Rowland and Organist Mr. Cecil Thomas for leading us in such an uplifting Celebration of his life.
