Mrs Pauline Plant, Gary, Jamie, Anna and the Family of the late Mr Terry Plant wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleaguesfor the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and terribly difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be divided between The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital and The Dialysis Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S.Trust at Telford.

Special thanks Roy Simmons, for always being there for us, to his Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice, to Telford Dialysis Unit and to all the outside nursing agencies for all your efforts on Terry's behalf throughout his long illness, to the Doctors and Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust for your care and kindness to Terry as you nursed himto the end of his illness, to Brian, for your wonderfully moving but so personal contribution to the Ceremony, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to all at Bridgnorth Town F.C for your very warm hospitality on a bitterly cold day and for looking after everyone so well afterwards, to Bromleys Florist's for the beautiful floral tributes and to the Reverend Liz Angell and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of Terry's life.
