BARR (Badenoch & Strathspey) Donald Barr, passed away peacefully at Mains House Care Home, Newtonmore, on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, aged 83 years. Much loved husband of Morag, father of Douglas, Alasdair, Elise, step-father of Kerry, grandfather of Callum, Rowan, Brady, Martha, Harry, Eva and Jamie. Funeral service will be held at St Bride's Parish Church, Newtonmore, on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 11am. All friends and family are welcome to attend and invited to wear a little tartan. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, are to benefit Traditional Arts & Culture Scotland and Scottish Poetry Library and may be given at the service.
