PIRIE (Montrose) Peacefully, at home, surrounded by family, on Friday, March 22, 2024, after a short illness, bravely borne, Ellen Towns (nee Richmond), aged 78 years, dearly beloved and loving wife of Sandy, much loved mum of Wendy, Kevin and Gary, a dear mother-in-law, an adored granny of five, a fond friend to many. Funeral service at Emslie S. Collier and Son, Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Road, Montrose, on Friday, April 5, at 1.30 p.m., thereafter to Sleepyhillock Cemetery extension, to which all relatives and friends are welcome. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu if desired, may be made towards the Marie Curie Nurses. Please feel free to wear a touch of colour.
