(Polly) Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on July 17 2021, aged 69 years.

Loving Wife of Chris, Mother of Samantha and the late Michelle.

Her lovely smile will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.

Funeral Service 12.30pm, Tuesday, August 3 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice Telford would be appreciated, which can be given via the collection box at the crematorium or online at www.memorygiving.com.
