A Service to celebrate Col's life will be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only with donations if desired to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and Prostate Cancer UK for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
