passed away sadly at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on Sunday 15th November.
Maddy will be greatly missed by her husband Robert, Daughter Jaime, Son Daniel, and all 5 Grandchildren, Kim, Arron, Ellen, Kaitlyn and Charlotte, and all that knew her.
A private funeral will take place at Sacred Heart Church in Henley on Monday 7th December, where you can watch via a live stream.

Nanny,
The one who always knew how to make me feel better. Always had the right words to make all my pain go away. And hands like magic to help me with my cramps!
We will miss your laughter like crazy, and your crude humour.
The house feels so much emptier without you, and now it’s just me and the boys. Grandad, Harry and Isaac.
You are a beautiful soul, inside and out. And cared about every single person that entered your life and left your spark with them.
Grandad says I’m more like you everyday, mostly because I knocked my ashtray over and forgot about the tea that was brewing.
You taught me everything I need to know to survive in the world, taught my mum how to be a mummy and helped her to raise me. You’ve faced so many battles and conquered them all, you are and will always be my hero. My super nanny!
