nee Cohen Of Wolverhampton.

We are so very sorry to say that our dear Pat sadly passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 26, 2020, aged 74, the adored and much loved Wife of Roger and the dearly loved Mom of Matthew.

Pat was so very kind and caring and always thinking of others, and will forever be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all of her Family and Friends. Pat's Funeral will take place on Monday, November 2, 2020.

The cortege will meet at Pat's home at 10.30am for the service at 11am at St. Peter's Collegiate Church, Wolverhampton, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 12noon. We would like you to remember Pat in your thoughts at this time.

Due to current restrictions, it is with much regret that attendance is by invitation only.

Pat would be pleased for you to wear colourful clothes of your choice.
