BARRIE-SCOTT Helen and Bill's Diamond Wedding. Married at St Serf's Church, Dysart, on September 24, 1960, by the Rev. J. F. Kirk, BD. Helen and Bill met while working in the National Coal Board and have lived in Glenrothes ever since. Picture from a recent visit to Douglas Water, where Bill was born and proposed to Helen on the same bench. Celebrations on hold until we come out of COVID-19 pandemic.
