Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, April 25, at 12.30pm.

Dress code, smart, casual please.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for the Shropshire and Mid Wales Kidney Patient Association, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
