Jan passed away peacefully at home on November 10th, 2018. She will be greatly missed by her loving and devoted husband Don, family Vanessa, Darren, John and Eva, and grandchildren Dean, Maisy, Emily, Charlotte and Beatrice. Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Henley-on-Thames on Tuesday, November 27th at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only.
