Sadly passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on October 14, 2012.

Dearly loved Mum of Helen, Michael and Daughter-in-law Sheila and a loving Nanna to Sarah and Sean.

Sadly missedby all her Family.

Many thanks to the Staff at the Haematology Unit, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, especially Dr O'Connor, for their care and support.

Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, October 24, at Telford Crematorium.
