Passed away peacefully at the Welshpool Hospital, where both John and all the Family have received exceptional care by all the Staff, on Sunday, July 22, 2018, aged 77 years.

Funeral Service will take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, however all kind donations will support the League of Friends at the Victoria Memorial Hospital, Welshpool. Donations will help fund a Patient and Visitor Palliative Centre including a covered outside garden area at the Hospital.
