Peacefully passed away on May 19, 2018, aged 57 years, of Shooters Hill, Clive.

Dear Wife of Trevor, loving Mum of Harry, Sophie and Elle and a devoted Nanny of Ted.

She will be deeply missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 10.30am, on Tuesday, June 12 at St. Peter and St. Paul Church, Wem, followed by Cremation at Shrewsbury Crematorium with Family and close Friends.

No black please.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
