Funeral Service, 2pm at Telford Crematorium on Friday, June 15.

Please arrive by 1.40pm latest at the Family's request and 'dress for the races'.

No flowers by request please.

Donations if desired to The Injured Jockeys Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be made available at the Crematorium.
