Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital with Family by her side, on Saturday, April 7, 2018, aged 83 years.

Mother of Sons Tony, Richard and Chris and Grandmother of Timothy.

Janet will besadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

We will Celebrate Janet's life with Family and Friends, at the Funeral Service, at 2.30pm, on Wednesday, May 2, at Telford Crematorium.

As this is a Celebation of life, we would like to encourage people to wear colourful, relaxed attire.

Instead of flowers we would appreciate if people could donate to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

No matter how small it will be.

We would like to thank everyone who cared for Janet at home and at the Princess Royal Hospital.
