Passed away peacefully at home after a long illness courageously fought, on April 4, 2018, aged 63 years.

Loving Husband of Lyn, devoted Dad of Donna, Lee and Louise, treasured Grandad of Evie, Corey and Daisy.

He will be lovingly remembered by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 3.30pm Friday, April 27, at Telford Crematorium.

Black clothing optional.

Family flowers only but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
