Of Chiltern Gardens, Dawley.
Passed away after a short illness surrounded by his Family on February 3, 2018, aged 59 years.
Much loved Husband to Jane, loving Father to Regy, Micky, Andy and Matty, cherished Brother to Margo, Suzie, Graeme and Bryan, much adored Grandad.
Funeral Service 1pm, Monday March 5, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to the Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
