Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Wednesday, January 24, at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, followed by Committal at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

Family request bright colours to be worn.

Family flowers only, donations if desired split between the Severn Hospice and The Alzheimer's Society.
