Passed away peacefully at St. Georges Park Care Centre on December 1, 2017, aged 88 years.

Devoted Husband to Rosemary, good provider and Father to Judith, Daniel, Mark, Wendy and Tracey and a proud Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

Special thanks to the Staff at St. Georges Park Care Centre for all their kindness and consideration to all who visited Dennis.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 3pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for The Midlands Air Ambulance Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
