(Jeff)

Mrs Wendy Hughes and the Family of the late Mr Jeff Hughes wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours, former Colleagues and Members of Worfield Cricket Club for the many kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers at this very sad time.

For your attendance at his Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between Worfield Cricket Club and The Parish Church of St Peter the Apostle, Worfield.

Your wonderful support is much appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Dr Sharma Dekker and Dr Mountain at The Claverley Medical Practice for all their efforts on Jeff's behalf over the years, to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford for your care of and kindness to Jeff throughout his stay with you and for the dignity afforded to him in the closing hours of his life, to the District Nurses who cared for him at home and to Bridgnorth Hospital for their care during his stays there.

To Margaret Cartwright, Florist for the beautiful floral coffin tribute, to the Bearers for carrying out your duties with such dignity, to our Vicar, Jeannetta for her comfort during Jeff's illness and for conducting his Funeral Service and to Des and Matthew for their very warm, personal contributions to the Ceremony.

To the bell ringers and choir and to Jeff and Wendy's long time Friend Dr John Turnock for his expertise at the organ. To Fresh and Lush Caterers for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and to everyone at Worfield Cricket Club for their warm hospitality, Jeff spent so many happy hours there.

Finally, sincere thanks to Mr Chris Adams, Perry and Phillips Funeral Directors for his immaculate service and infinite patience.

Jeff had written what he wanted several years ago and we followed his wishes exactly.

Thanks to every one of you.

God bless you all.
