Sue, Martin, Simon and Family wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness and support shown to them in their sad loss.

A special thank you to everyone who attended the Funeral Service and for your generous donations to The Shooting Stars Appeal and The Palliative Care Fund, Wrexham Maelor Hospital, which at present amounts to œ1,000, given in memory of Derek.

The Family would also like to thank all the Doctors, District Nurses and all Staff at ChirkSurgery for all their help and kindness shown to us all.
