Mr Richard Jones and the Family of the late Mrs Sylvia Jones wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours and Members of the wider farming community for your cards, letters, emails, Facebook posts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time.

For a very large attendance of you at her Funeral Service on such a terribly cold day and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between Cancer Research UK and the Parish Church of St Michael and All Angels, Aston Botterell Fabric Fund.

Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Sylvia's Doctors and to the Staff at Brown Clee Medical Practice for all your efforts on her behalf throughout her illness, to the Doctors and all the Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust, especially on Ward 25G for your care of and kindness to Sylvia throughout her stay in hospital and for the dignity you afforded her as her battle against this dreadful disease came to a close.

To our local Neighbours for all the work you did, gritting and salting the roads on that snowy Saturday morning, to the car park attendants for doing a wonderful job, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such care, to Flowers by Fiona Florists of Cleobury Mortimer for the beautiful floral tributes, exactly as we wanted, to everyone who contributed their memories of Sylvia to us for inclusion in the Ceremony and particularly to Joanne, Darren, Rose and Anne for your very personal contributions to the day, to Gerald and Sheila Good, Caterers for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and for looking after everyone so well at Cleobury North and District Village Hall afterwards and to the Reverend Terry Mason and Organist Mrs Stella Bennett for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of the life and times of Sylvia Jones.
