On January 4, 2017, peacefully in hospital at Telford, following a short illness, Stan Richards, M.B.E., off Alverley, near Bridgnorth, aged 86 years.

Former Principal of Bridgnorth College of Further Education.

The much loved Husband of Sheila, loving Father of Huw and John, Father-in-law of Caroline and a very dear Brother and Uncle.

Much loved, Stan will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Private Cremation Ceremony.

A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will take place at The Parish Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Alveley, on Friday, January 20, 11.30am.

No flowers by request please but donations, which are to be divided between Alveley First Responders and The Midlands Air Ambulance are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church or online at www.perryandphillips funerals.com
