Of Watling Street, Wellington, passed away suddenly at his home, following a long illness, on June 3, 2016, aged 74 years.
Beloved Husband of Iris, dearly loved Dad of Eden, Shaun, Sue, Deborah and Ian. Cherished Grandad and Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Thursday, June 23, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request or if desired donations to The Respiratory Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
