Of Hartshill Avenue, Oakengates.

Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, after a courageous battle with illness on April 3, 2016, aged 77 years.

A devoted Wife of Duncan, loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Ward 17 at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will provided at the Crematorium.
