Of St. Georges, Telford.

Passed away peacefully on March 28, 2016, aged 51 years.

Beloved Son of the late Alf and Joan. Dearly loved Father, Grandfather and Brother.

Sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service tobe held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 11am.

Floral tributes if desired or donations please for ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
