Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving Family at the Severn Hospice, Telford on November 30, 2015, aged 66 years.

Devoted Husband of Eileen, loving Father to Jacqui and Jon and Father-in-law of Darshana, very proud Grandad of Kiran and Lucas and dear Brother of David.

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, December 16, at 11am.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be very much appreciated.
