The Funeral Service will take place at St. Gabriel's Church, Delves, on Friday, January 27, at 12 noon, followed by a Cremation at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Forge Lane.

Immediate Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired to Birmingham Children's Hospital Oncology Unit, (payable to BCH Charities), donation box available at Crematorium.
