Passed away peacefully on July 28, 2015.
Loving Husband to his late Wife Lyn, Father of Shaun and Daryl.
Funeral Service to be held at St. Michael's Church, Madeley, on Friday, August14, at 11am, followed by Interment at Castle Green Cemetery.
Flowers or donations if desired please for Macmillan Cancer Support, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at Church.
