Iris, Mary, Alan, John and the Family of the late David Ball wish to thank Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for cards, letters and kind messages of symathy and support recieved at this sad time, for attendance at the Service to celebrate his life, for generous donations for the Lingen Davies Cancer Relief Fund.

Special thanks to Doctors, Nurses and Staff at the Lingen Davies Shrewsbury Hospital and thanks to all at Alveley Medical Practice, District Nurses and SevernHospice at Home Clinical Nurse.

A huge thanks to the Bearers, the Rev Nick Armstrong, Sally Beaman, John Haycox, Carol Wall, Jim Edwards, Chris Ball and Lily Chester for contributing to make it an uplifting Service.

Finally thanks to Mike, Sarah and Staff for a wonderful buffet.
