Of Bromdon, suddenly on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, aged 46 years.

Much loved Partner of Samantha, loving Dad of Biff, Jordan, Cai and Ruby, dear Son of Eric and Kath and Brother of Karen and Julie.

Funeral Service at Hereford Crematorium, on Friday, June 5, at 12 noon.

At the Family's request a splash of colour to be worn, would be much appreciated.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to be shared between The Midlands Air Ambulance and The British Heart Foundation.
