Formerly of Peaton, passed away peacefully in Four Rivers Nursing Home, Ludlow, on January 9, 2015, aged 91 years.

Adored Mum of Elizabeth and John, cherished Grandmother of Katie, James and David, Great-Grandmother of Rebecca.

Loved and dearly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Peter's Church, Diddlebury, on Friday, January 30 at 2pm, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received inPhyllis' memory being given to St Peter's Church.
