Thanks to St Georges Park Care Home for their care during Grace's last sixteen months of life.

Special thanks to Reverend Roger Balkwill for a lovely and thoughtful Funeral Service, Reverend Mary Wade at the Interment of the cremated remains and to John Williams Funeral Services for their professionalism at both the Cremation and the Interment of the ashes.

Thanks to Dee, Jo and the Staff at St Georges Sports and Social Club for their hospitality after the Funeral Service.
