Service of Thanksgiving at 12 noon on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at St. Mary's Church, Mucklestone.

No flowers by request but donations if so desired to be divided between St. Mary's Church, Mucklestone and Parkinsons UK, for which purpose, a collection plate will be provided in Church.
