Devoted Husband to Gertie. Loving Dad to Carol, Angela, Denis and Glen.
Much loved Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.
Private Interment.
Kind donations in memory of Jack would be appreciated for Alzheimer's Society and may be sent to the Funeral Director.
