Two years today,

December 6, 2011.

What would I give to see you smile, to sit and talk with you awhile, to have you here in the same old way would be my dearest wish today, I'd put my arms around you and tell you words so true, that living life without you is so very hard to do but wishing gets me nowhere and living seems in vain, so I will hold you close within my heart until we meet again.

If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane, we would walk right up to Heaven and bring you back again, no farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye, you were gone before we knew it and only God knows why, our hearts still ache with sadness and secret tears still flow, what it meant to lose you no one will ever know.
