Passed away peacefully on November 11, in New Cross Hospital, age 76 years.

Will be sadly missed by Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Wednesday, November 27, at 9.45am, followed by Burial in Bilston Cemetery.

In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away, our hearts were almost broken, you fought so hard to stay but when we saw you sleeping, so peacefully free from pain we could not wish you back to suffer like that again.
