Joan passed away on November 12, 2013, aged 76 years.
Sadly missed by Louise, Mark, Laura and Oliver.
Funeral will take place on Tuesday, November 26, at St Thomas C/E Church, Wednesfield, at 11.15am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 12.00 noon.
